Case study: Process evaluation
Client:
A manufacturer approached Hardwick Research to assist them in evaluating the process that was recently used to restructure their corporate policy manual.
Study:
Focus groups were conducted with those employees that were involved in reviewing and updating the policy manual.
Results:
Based on the feedback gathered, Hardwick Research developed recommendations greatly improving the efficiency of this restructuring process. These recommendations included specific changes to their internal web site such as the creation of a help section as well as development of an interactive tool that can guide employees and provide all necessary processes, forms and tools needed to create and revise corporate policies.
